Do you offer refunds and what is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchases for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (less S&H).

Only 1 opened package of any product is eligible for return. Please email Customer Service at within 30 days of shipment date to receive a return authorization number and instructions. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, contact us immediately at Include your order number and tracking number from your original confirmation. We will make a reasonable effort to reorder the item or credit your purchase in a timely manner.

NOTE: Return Policy and Warranty applies to full-price retail purchases only. Wholesale customers are advised that returns are only accepted on unopened, undamaged, salable merchandise and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
