Do you offer refunds and what is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchases for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (less S&H).
Only 1 opened package of any product is eligible for return. Please email Customer Service at email@example.com within 30 days of shipment date to receive a return authorization number and instructions. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number and tracking number from your original confirmation. We will make a reasonable effort to reorder the item or credit your purchase in a timely manner.
NOTE: Return Policy and Warranty applies to full-price retail purchases only. Wholesale customers are advised that returns are only accepted on unopened, undamaged, salable merchandise and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
